Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the following information in connection with the website of the National Health ISAC: (1) personal information, which is information that identifies or can otherwise be directly associated with a particular individual because of a name, number, symbol, mark or other indicator; and (2) non-personal information that does not identify any particular individual.  By using this site, you agree to all the terms of this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them.

NH-ISAC does not collect any personal information about users during their visit to this website unless the user provides that information voluntarily by sending an email or by initiating an online transaction, such as a survey, registration or order form.

If you voluntarily provide personal information through this website, NH-ISAC may retain such information, including your email address and the entire contents of your email message and other information you provide, for as long as you seek services from NH-ISAC.  Users who download or use NH-ISAC products or services (such as registering to attend a conference) may be asked for certain personal information in order that we may confirm the validity of the request and share it as necessary to fulfill the request, either with NH-ISAC members or with third-party service providers.  NH-ISAC may also use that information to identify NH-ISAC users and/or members, and such identification may include names and organizational affiliations.

By voluntarily providing NH-ISAC with your personal information, you are agreeing to the disclosure of such information as disclosed in this Privacy Policy in connection with NH-ISAC’s activities.

You also agree to being contacted by NH-ISAC and its members when you voluntarily provide personal information.  We may contact you to fulfill your requests, to comply with legal obligations, for marketing reasons, and for reasons associated with customer service.  For example, if you request information on CyberFit services, we will use your information to correspond with you about that request and will share it with NH-ISAC members who may be able to provide additional information.  If you wish to stop us from contacting you, you may write to us at the following email address: contact@nhisac.org.  Please note that we may still send you messages relating to your account.

If you want your account and all associated information deleted, NH-ISAC will honor written requests to that effect, subject to any legal requirements that preclude our doing so.  Please address your request to the NH-ISAC at the following address:  226 North Nova Road, Suite 391, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174.  It may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request, and you may be asked to provide proof of identity before we will process it.

If you provide personal information to NH-ISAC, employees with access to such information will be required to follow appropriate procedures in handling and disclosing such information.

NH-ISAC has implemented procedures designed to help safeguard the integrity of its information technology assets, including authentication, monitoring and auditing.  These security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation and day-to-day operations of this website as part of our continuing commitment to the security of electronic content as well as the electronic transmission of information.  No website is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal or other information.
